With the development in the private sector, these days there are so many private hospitals, nursing homes, blood banks, pathology laboratories, etc. Demand for laboratory technologists is on the upswing, they can also work as a lab manager/consultant/supervisor, health care administrator, hospital outreach coordination, laboratory information system analyst/consultant, educational consultant/coordinator, etc. Pharmacy is an industry-oriented course. In which in an industry there are various departments like QA, QC, R&D, Production, etc. Clinical pharmacy, Medical Representative (MR), Hospital pharmacy, Pharmacy shop in common which is known as 'Medical store' in that also retail& wholesale are theirs. Pharma has more scope than B.Sc. In MLT. But B.Pharma is a little tough a compared to the latter. SEE both the courses are best, but if you are planning further to study abroad, you have to opt for a subject which is at least of 4 years. The pharmacy industry is massive in India and was valued at $33 billion in 2017 and has even increased a lot now.
