Try to appear for CAT and take your chance for getting MBA admission in a good college. That is an alternative for better job prospects with enhanced qualification and training.

Hi Bhavna.
You can join a job as a Accountant for a good company. Once you join you can do MBA (HR) as your wish. If you are satisfied with the job and have time to study then you can go for it without any hesistation. Education is not a full stop at all. All the best.
