Hi Aamir,
Last two years are not so good for IT/CSE industry but nowadays these are having a boom in the market as well as in the industry.
So, you can make carrer through B.E./B.Tech. in CSE/IT but you must have certain certifications like SCJP, CCNA or OCA etc
