Which carrer is better CA or MBA.I am interested in both but i need to know which is better

Hello Adnan,Hope you are doing well, Both CA and MBA are good for your career.First I tell about MBA.An MBA degree helps you in quickly climbing up the corporate ladder with a handsome salary package alongside a respectable designation. According to a recent survey, high performing successful MBAs are more likely to reach top management levels of Fortune 500 companies and other corporate areas. MBAs with specialized skills are commonly selected to lead start-up companies.It provide you with the cushion of switching your career. As well as CA also enhance a bright future.There are lots of accountants jobs available. You can work in almost any industry and any part of the country or world for that matter. The income is pretty good and there are many options of work structure available (i.e., part-time, full-time, self-employment, etc.).You can study for the CPA exam and quickly elevate yourself to an "expert" (using that term loosely). Most of the general public don't realize that being certified as a CPA means you passed an 18 hour exam and you got a certificate based on that--whether you actually use it by being licensed in "public" accounting is another thing. If you do choose public accounting, you can do taxes, audit, or consulting and have clients that you work with (individuals or business). All the Best. you have a better future.

Hi, You may opt for CA if you have inclination for areas such as taxation, accounting, costing or auditing etc. As for MBA, it can be done even after CA and will all the more enhance your career graph. One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals. For MBA, you need to hold a graduate degree in a relevant discipline. As for CA, Following is the procedure: * Pass CPT examination * Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course * Complete 9 months of Study Course. * Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training. * Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week). * Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination. * Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years. * Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed. * Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training. * Pass both the Groups of Final examination. * Get Final Examination Certificate. * Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable * Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill * Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant" Found this useful? Please remember MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are: - Finance. - Marketing.- Human resources, etc. After completing MBA in finance, you may look out for exciting careers in banks, financial consultancies and financial institutions. You may get involved in consumer and investment banking, institutional finance, merchant banking, corporate finance and international finance. A good experience in this field can also lead you to serve on government committees and contribute significantly to policy-making issues. There are an enormous amount of career opportunities and options for people with MBA in marketing. The most common are corporate positions such as marketing manager, brand manager, market research analyst, and product manager. Persons with strong financial skills could seek a career in strategic or market related planning. Additional corporate positions such as sales manager, advertising manager, PR (public relations) director, and marketing communications manager are also common. MBA professionals in human resources often get jobs in a variety of corporate positions related to human resource management.
