The maximum number of the SSC CHSL vacancies are usually released for the reserved category, that is, General. The Commission makes the selection of candidates based on the vacancies reported by the Indenting Departments/ Organizations. The implementation of reservation policy, maintaining reservation roster, earmarking of vacancies for different categories and identification of stability of post for suitable for various benchmarked disabilities are also under the domain of the Indenting Departments/ Organizations.
