    Hello Saurabh, you can choose General category, and can mention if you are from Delhi or from outside Delhi. Specify that and mention if other categories SC, ST, OBC etc.

    Hi, you need to choose the general category if you are from outside Delhi. You can select other categories if you are from Delhi. Other categories like OBC, SC, ST and get your documents ready for verification. Best of luck.
