Which central university is best for B.Sc(Mathematics)? How can I get into that? What is the eligibility criteria?

IISC is the best of the best. Crack exams like KVPY, SCB and JEE Advance to get a seat. Eligibility is like the common eligibility pass 12th with science stream that's it.
