Which certificate course can I pursue?
I have completed my class 12th with commerce stream.

After 12th you may join B.Com which can be followed by MBA or M.Com. MBA in finance is certainly a good option for B.Com graduates. CA, CWA or CS can be pursued along with or post B.Com. ACCA, CIMA, etc. are international certifications. Computerised financing courses such as Tally and Peach are als

why you want one year course..
if you wana do job then you learn tally add some experience to get job & do at least B.com also.
