    For MPDTE (Madhya Pradesh Diploma Technical Education) counseling, a State-issued EWS certificate is generally required. While the central government also issues EWS certificates, the MPDTE counseling specifically accepts the state-level certificate for candidates applying for EWS reservation within the state. The MPDTE counseling process is primarily for admissions within Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, the state-issued EWS certificate is the relevant document.
