which certification i need to persue to get good job after completing btech from ece from ip university, delhi?

i want to know what extra qualifications i must have so that i may get jobs in ece engg targeting companies in india as well as mnc's? in my college there are various clubs like IEEE , GTUG, BVP.Inc , etc. which offer various certificates. should i join them?
