Which certification or degree course should I pursue to get better career prospects?
I am working in a public sector company (Engineers India Limited). I am a pass-out of NIT, Surat and now, I have 4 years and 9 months of experience. My current CTC is 10 LPA.

Hi,
If you are doing job in Engineers India Ltd. Then it is very good. You should do some courses related to your current job. Moreover, you can also do MBA in operations management as it will help you a lot in getting a promotion.
