Which chapters of class 11th are linked with 12th?

In physics you won't find any linking only you will get the use of vectors and dimension again and again.
In maths some basic trigonometry with limits and straight line in space will also be there with probability.
In chemistry all basics concepts of orgainc chemistry will be required again in class 12th.
