Which chapters should I prepare in Physics to get maximum 80 marks?

To get maximum 80 marks. Well, if it's out of 90 then you have to Master every chapter but if it's out of 200 or more, then you should prepare:
1. Electrostatics.
2. Optics.
3. Current Electricity.
4. SHM.
5. Rotation and
6. Law of Motion. -
Kindly mention the exam in which you need to get 80 marks. What is the syllabus for that? Only then I can suggest you of what you should study.
