Mumbai is a commercial capital of India and has a better scope for the finance field. Hence pursuing the course in Mumbai will be beneficial.

You should go to Delhi. There is a very good environment for studies. You will meet very talented and motivated students and find very tough competition there. So, I'll suggest, go to Delhi.
