Which city is better for Engineering in Computer Science, Pune or Bangalore?

I want to opt for Engineering in Computer Science. I want a college which is in Pune or in Bangalore. I am confused between these cities. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    Pune is called as the house of education. Pune is better.

    It is not a city which is better, the college is. Go through the rankings here and you should be able to find good colleges in both these cities:

    Your criteria for selection should be:
    1. Institute and its brand value.
    2. Quality of CS faculty.
    3. Placement record.
    If two institutes are same on criterion, Bangalore will be a better option as opportunities for computer science professional is higher in Bangalore in comparison to Pune.

    Dear Rituraj,
    See as of now Bangalore is a hub of IT company, but since 2 years companies has already started investing in Pune for their offices or campus .You will see the change in next 4 years in respect of job openings in Pune.

    Depends on college not city because both have good colleges. You should pick college as per ranking not city.
