LPU is best for automotive engineering. Good placements in a core company as well as a software company. Other than participating in different events like a go-kart, project expo, entertainment events like one India, one world, etc. Practical-based learning and valuable guest lectures also. As per my experience, LPU is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, the best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPU provides abundant opportunities for students to think out of the box. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies. LPU is providing its students the exposure by providing opportunities for guest lectures, workshops, industrial visits, internships, etc. I am saying this as per my experience and is an alumnus of LPU, I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Highlights of the programme: Credit Transfer: Student after successful completion of 2 years. At LPU may be given the option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for the completion of programme subject to conditions and norms of regulatory bodies. International Exposure Option: Students may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to the USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. Semester Exchange: Students may be given an option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for a semester as decided by the University subject to conditions. Hi there, Being an alumni I would like to share some of the crucial points of Automobile Engineering : Automobile Engineering is the branch of engineering which deals with designing, manufacturing, mechanical mechanisms as well operations of automobiles. It is also an introduction to vehicle engineering which includes cars, motorcycles, trucks and buses etc. Eligibility :Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST&For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants). The chances of you getting placed at a company solely depend upon you and not on anybody else for that matter. There is no set package that you receive after graduating. Job is used to sustain yourself while doing what you love. It isn't like that you provide money to the college to spend 4 years and after that, you get a job. Let me share a few details with you. LPU Students wins Car Design Competitions at the Delta Automation Contest-2017 in China among which more than 75 teams participated from across ASIA. In another achievement, Mechanical engineering students designed a futuristic Formula One Racing Car at SAEINDIA 2017 Noida. India's first-ever self-driving, the solar-powered bus hits the road and made the maiden journey at the Indian Science Congress which was inaugurated by The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, held at LPU. LPU is best university when it comes to engineering courses, Automotive Engineering is an amalgamation of mechanical, electrical, and materials Science. This field deals with designing and manufacturing of new vehicles and the development of new processes to improve existing technology. The domestic vehicle manufacturing sector of India has been steadily increasing in the last few years. An entry-level engineer can earn up to INR 25K/ month- INR 50K/ month in India.
