Which college and course is better among BE in computer engineering at Thapar and BE in mechanical engineering at Manipal?

With no single thought, you should opt for Thapar University. It is better than Manipal in every manner. It is one of the oldest university with highly trained faculty and staff which is always there to help students. The infrastructure is amazing and beautiful. The hostel location, playground, etc.

CS is better because it has better placement compared to other branches.

You should prefer thapar over manipal. Both the streams are having a good market. These doesnt mean that it will b stable throughout. Judge your interest, city choice and select the college. All the best. Thank you.
