Which college and which course I should approach if I have 58% marks in 12th standard?

You should apply for BA Hons. in your interested subject, BBA B.Com BBA, and if your interest is in Science, go for B.Sc. But, not for Engineering. It will never be good for u according to your marks. -
You can apply in many courses like BBA, B.Com BA (JMC), BA Hons., and it also depend on your 10+2 subject.
