Both are premier institutions. With IBMR having an edge as the Institute provides excellent facilities with good infrastructure. Placement records are good, case study on fortune 500 companies, stipends on internships. The entrance is through CAT. You need to consider another alternative in case you are unable to get a seat in the desires MBA.
