Which college can I get after 3 rounds of counseling? I want to study CSE and my rank in WBJEE is 46616.

I have one confusion. My WBJEE rank is 12K (General). My TFW rank is 2K. I have seen that closing rank for CSE in IEM is 2005 while closing rank for TFW is 2600. So can I get admission in IEM on basis of TFW?
