Which college can I get after getting a rank of 10000 in JEE Advanced? Can I get admission in IIT Delhi or IIT Kharagpur?

It is almost impossible to get a seat in IIT Delhi in any branch after a rank of 10000. However, it may be possible in IIT Kharagpur if you have filled up for Architecture. Otherwise, it looks difficult.
