Which college can I get for B.Arch with 212 marks and 12,300 AIR in JEE Mains paper 2?

But, in IIT Roorke you have to qualify JEE Mains paper 1 and JEE Advance, and then you need to appear for separate exam 'AAT'. Only then you will be eligible for Roorke and Kharagpur.

Based on your score, you will get admissions in IIT Roorkee, BIT Mesra(Ranchi),SRM University, NIT Calicut.
