Which college can I get for B.Arch with 216 marks and 10,480 rank in JEE Mains paper 2?

Yes of course, you got a decent rank in Jee Main. You will get one of top 5 NITs. Just join CSAB counselling and choose your branch and college accordingly. Give preference to branch and then to the college.

Chances are there. Last year a friend of mine got around 8k rank and got MANIT, Bhopal. You may participate in JAC Chandigarh counselling. CCA Chandigarh is also a very good college.
