Which college can I get for B.Tech as I have scored 38% in PCM?
I am not eligible to appear for JEE Mains.

You can not get an engineering College. You can pursue B.Sc, BCA, BBA, BA, etc. If you are interested in Computer and Software, you can go for Bachelor of Computer Applications i.e. BCA, then MCA. Also, other various courses are available. If you have confidence that you can perform well in re-exam, you can also take re-exam of class 12th. Consider all options. Never lose Hope. Good luck. -
Your chances to get good Engineering colleges are very poor. You are advised to look for alternative career as BCA, BBA, B.Sc, etc. -
It is very easy to get admission in engineering college in Tamil Nadu through management quota.

I think you should try for B.Sc, or other graduation in another stream.

I will recommend you, not to join engineering line. Go for BCA or BS, they are also good degrees.
