Which college can I get for B.Tech with 250 marks in JEE Mains but only 71% in class 12th?

I am looking for a college near Delhi and want to start preparing for GATE so that I can get a good college for M.tech after it. Also, I belong to OBC category.

Hello Shubham, Firstly, I have not understood as to why you brought in GATE. This exam is taken after graduation while JEE Mains is for graduation. You can get admission in those states which accept JEE Mains score. There are some private colleges also where qualifying marks are less.
