Which college can I get for B.Tech with 30 marks in JEE mains and 50% in HSC?

It's hard to get in a government college but you can do engineering in private colleges. If you are getting rank with in 2000 to 3000 rank you will get in a government college. You can do B.Tech in private colleges.
