    With this rank, admission in WB is difficult.
    But, your TWF rank is 12610
    So, you can expect:
    Haldia Institute of Technology
    Heritage Institute of Technology
    University Institute of Technology, Burdwan

    Sorry, but with this score you can't get a seat in good engineering college in West Bengal. I will suggest you to check BC Roy Engineering College, Durgapur. Placement is there but only for CS/IT.
