You should try lower NITs or UIET Punjab University through JAC Chandigarh counselling. I think you will get Electrical engineering there. Otherwise, you will get heritage Kolkata through WBJEE. Don't join colleges under UPTU except HBTI and IET.

Seeing your rank I think your marks will be 105 or 106. So yes, chances are there. You may get a seat in spot round.
