Which college can I get for B.Tech with 86% in HSC? How is its placement assistance?

You won't be able to get admission in a good B.Tech college only on the basis of 12th percentage. I would recommend you to go for national and state level entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, MHTCET, etc.
