You can get some of the low ranked NITs, and some top GFTI in the branch you preferred.

If your choices is NIT and you are from general category then my answer will be 'no'. But if you have reservations then probably you will get a seat in NIT. You may get integrated B.Sc-M.Sc courses in NIT-Patna, Nit-Agartala and NIT-Rourkela.

I will suggest you to participate in JAC Chandigarh counselling. You may get electrical in UIET Punjab University (best for you) till spot round. You may also get IT in JIIT Noida.
