Which college can I get for CS, electrical or mechanical engineering? Can I get admission in BIT-Mesra for civil or electronic engineering?

My home state is Jharkhand. I have got 73988 AIR in JEE Mains and 19400 in OBC.

Yes, as per your rank and OBC Category, you may get admission into BIT-Mesra with civil branch. It will be difficult for you to grab electronic branch there. So, wait till the counseling begins.

You need to check the opening and closing ranks for the previous years and then, conclude whether you will get the admission or not. Check here: http://josaa.nic.in/Result2016/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx
