Which college can I get for CSE branch with 78 percentile? I belong to OBC NCL category.

You may get admission in lower NITs, but you also want to have home state quota also, there may be chances for GFTIs. The examples of lower NITs are NIT Sikkim, Mizoram, Sree Nagar . You can get it by referring to the NIRF ranking.

1. Lower NITs (via Home State Quota only) – Tough, but you may get:
NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, NIT Nagaland (CSE or lower branches in later rounds)
2. IIITs (Unlikely for CSE) – CSE cutoff is higher, but you can try:
IIIT Manipur or IIIT Agartala (in spot rounds)
