CSE is a very competitive field, you can't afford to waste your precious 4 years in a mediocre college and endlessly wait for opportunities to come by. It is far better to invest your 4 years and money in a programme which can actually get you some good
opportunities. For example. You must try for LPU if you are eligible. You would however need to write LPU NEST !

I will advise you to select a good engineering institute from the institutes as IIT, NIT, VIT and LPU. When it come stop Engineering programme in general and CSE in particular, there is one name in my mind and that is of LPU. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with more than 30,000 students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. Well LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms in the scenario of Covid-19. The eligibility criteria for studying in LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.
