CSE is a very competitive field, you can't afford to waste your precious 4 years in a mediocre college and endlessly wait for opportunities to come by. It is far better to invest your 4 years and money in a programme which can actually get you some good opportunities. For example. You must try for LPU if you are eligible. I will advise you to select a good engineering institute from the institutes as IIT, NIT, VIT and LPU. When it come stop Engineering programme in general and CSE in particular, there is one name in my mind and that is of LPU.
