Hi, Your rank in JEE Mains is too high which is why you will not get any Govt. college through this rank not even the worst branches in a Govt. college. You can try for admission in Chitkara University, Galgotias University, LPU, Sharda University, PDM University, Amity University, Shobhit University. Regards

My cousin is studying in an IPU affiliated college, JIMS. He has told me to join only top colleges of IPU otherwise go for other private colleges.
