Which college can I get for CSE with 74 marks in JEE Mains? How is its placement assistance?

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no way to get any college on the basis of JEE Mains score. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th score.
