1. Reappear for open test with better preparation
2. Pursue a short term course in an area of your interest along with it, this will come to your advantage during MBA campus placements in future
3. Look for job and then explore for MBA after some years

At that low CAT score, it's not possible to get a good MBA college. I suggest you reappear for CAT and/or the other exams this year and aim for a much higher score. -
That is a very low score. I am afraid you will not be able to get admission in a good institute. My suggestion would be as under:
1. Reappear for open test with better preparation
2. Pursue a short term course in an area of your interest along with it, this will come to your advantage during MBA campus placements in future
