I don't think you'll get MBBS seat in general quota with 802286 rank, but you have pretty good chance to get BDS in many of the good colleges if you are interested that is. But don't lose hope if you are lucky enough you may get a MBBS seat in last round of counselling so keep on trying. Your choice
