Which college can I get for UG as I have failed in one subject in HSC?

According to CBSE examination bye laws any students passing in English plus any four other subjects qualify for pass certificate. Normally the 6 subject is opted to open more options or as a cushion subject.
In case someone fails in any subject other than English, the sixth subject can replace it.
