Usually, the 80-90 Percentile in JEE Main 2023 is close to the 1,50,000 to 3,00,000 rank in JEE Main. That means a candidate with an 80-90 percentile in JEE Main has a chance to get admission to NITs and IIITs for B.Tech courses. This score mean you can target top 60 engineering colleges.

Please name NIT or iiit which are giving admission on 1.5 lac rank. I think you are miscalculating.
