Which college can I get in Pune to pursue B.Tech through lateral entry after completing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

I have heard that engineering colleges in Maharashtra don't accept the applications of non-Maharashtrian students.

After completion of your three years, Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering, you can get direct admission in second year of B.Tech course through lateral entry admission process. In Pune engineering colleges, the lateral entry admissions in B.Tech course are offered through Centralised Admission

After completing your diploma you need to write LEET exam similar to CET based on rank you get a seat except central government controlled and some few private colleges, all engineering colleges give admission to lateral entry.
