    Congratulations for securing 5210 rank in JEE. There is the probability of getting government-owned engineering college. So you need to apply on the JoSAA counselling portal.     You might not find it difficult to get admission in private colleges and universities of India. Many small-town colleges take only those who have appeared and won't make it an issue about rank and marks.
    You may also apply to private universities like Amity, Manipal, KR Mangalam, CU Mohali, etc.
