Which college can I get to pursue electrical engineering with 28340 rank in JEXPO exam and 4979 SC rank?

Hi Sagar,
I think UTM Shillong will be a good option for you to pursue electrical engineering with this rank. Although it is a private university but a campus of MIT Pune itself in shillong and is good for engineering. Their course will equip you with an understanding of the design and application of circuits and equipment of machine control, power generation, distribution, and communication.
