According to your JEE Main marks you can get a lower branch in IIIT or NIT. If you are okay for studying that branch subject and have interest in them then go for it. From whichever state you are Keep that state government college in your top priority as you have more chances in those colleges. Also

Hey, Based on JEE Mains marks, you have less chances of getting NIT. You may get a lower NIT. You can get admission in any of the top private universities like LPU or Sharda. You can get admission in any of them based on your class 12th marks. You can get a scholarship as well.
