This makes your percentile extremely low. As CSE is a branch of pretty high demand, it is difficult for you to get it even in the tier-3 colleges. However you can get a seat if you go for any other branch like civil / mechanical.
You can only get admission in private colleges like galgotia, Amity, Sh
