With a 26,000 rank in BiPC and BC? B category, you have decent chances for B.Tech in Biotechnology in good colleges. For example, Andhra University's cutoff for BiPC general was around 21–22k, so BC? B rank could secure a seat. VIT Vellore and Thapar University also accept BiPC students through exams like VITEEE. Focus on applying through state counselling or entrance exams to explore these options.

Your rank of 23,163 makes private colleges like Sri Vasavi, Vignan’s Lara, or Pragati strong options for CSE. In government colleges, you’re close to the threshold for BC D girls; CSE might be accessible in later rounds, and ECE/EEE are safer alternatives. Choose broadly in your options list.

No, you will not get a rank if you don't qualify Andhra Pradesh EAMCET.

  • Only candidates who meet the qualifying criteria are ranked.
  • For General and OBC categories, you must score at least 25% of the total marks (i.e., 40 out of 160).
  • SC/ST candidates have no minimum mark requirement, but still need to appear for the exam to be ranked.

If You Don't Qualify:
You will not receive a rank.
You will not be eligible for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET counselling or seat allotment in engineering, agriculture, or pharmacy courses through APSCHE.

General & OBC Categories: Must score at least 25% of total marks, that's 40 out of 160 to become eligible for ranking and counselling.
SC/ST Categories: There is no minimum qualifying score; all SC/ST candidates are ranked irrespective of their marks

If two candidates score the same marks in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2025, the tie-breaking rules are applied in the following order to determine their rank:

Tie-Breaking Criteria (Engineering Stream):

  • Higher marks in Mathematics section of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET.
  • If still tied, higher marks in Physics section.
  • If still tied, older candidate (by age) gets preference.
  • If the tie still remains, the lottery system (random number) may be used.

For Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream:

  • Higher marks in Biology.
  • If tied, higher marks in Physics.
  • Then, age (older candidate preferred).
