Dear Aspirant, The placements for the M.Com programme at LPU are good as compared to CU and Chitkara. As far as I know, the highest package offered for the programme is INR 9.55 LPA. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student of LPU. Companies like Colgate Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer, Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, CEAT, Rallis India, etc. Visit LPU for recruitment purposes. LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide an stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. As far as these colleges are concern, I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. Around 550+ companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. And this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 650 placement/internship drives have been conducted till February 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs). .

Masters in Commerce in LPU is Highly practical programme which helps student gain a comprehensive knowledge of commerce and management, leading to specialist knowledge within your chosen area of specialisation. It is accredited by ACBSP (USA). Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons / Co-curricular Competitive events, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, projects with NGOs etc. Are an integral part of curriculum. Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. The programme outcomes include Development of Solutions, Technical Skills, Research Orientation, Sustainability and Ethics, Communication, Leadership and Team work and Life Long Learning. I did MBA from Lovely Professional University my experience at LPU has been phenomenal. During my post graduation I had roommate from M.Com. So I came to know about this course. Few points discussed by my friend which will be helpful to take right decision. Lovely Professional University provides offering M.Com in different specializations -Accounting, banking and financial services, business analytics, finance, financial markets, marketing, strategy. Since, M.Com is a specialised area in itself, only those candidates who have pursued B.Com or B.Com (H), can go for it. M.Com is also a good option for CA/CS candidates. However, not many CA/CS aspirants pursue M.Com as CA/CS courses can be pursued after class 12. LPU offers summer training programme. It is full term an optional or compulsory internships, 'On-the-job' training, study tours, skill enhancement events and workshops are extensively integrated the university curriculum.
