Which college has good placements and accepts low score for PGDM?

There are no colleges which have good placements and accepts low score, this does not make sense if your college has good placement so the student's competencies will be good and for admission, a high score is needed in the entrance test.

Hello SP, My suggestion is to go for GIBS-Bangalore which has a good reputation, brand name, excellent placement statistics and accept low score with a reasonable fee structure. All the best for your future.
