I suggest you go for general MBA with choice of your specialization which will broad up your career scope. Additionally you can do certificate program in fashion designing to have an understanding about the Fashion Industry.
Still if you have deep interest in designing part than you should go for full fledged course for Fashion Designing rather than doing MBA. -
