Everything depends on the cut off of the college which provides the course. I will advice you to apply to multiple colleges to secure your chances better. You have a decent score, getting admission won't be such a big deal for you.

Hi, You have scored well in 12th. If you are looking for the colleges of B.Com through your percentage then opt for it. For private colleges, apply for counselling in your region.

It depends on where you apply, cut offs and admission procedures vary from college to college. You can easily get a good pvt university like amity, SRM etc. with this much percentage.
